מדיניות פרטיות
Halo ("האפליקציה") מופעלת על ידי Gear AI Technologies LLC ("אנחנו"). המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע האפליקציה משתמשת בו ולמה. בקצרה: נתוני השימוש שלכם בטלפון נשארים על המכשיר, ואנחנו לא מוכרים מידע לאף אחד.
נתוני זמן מסך ושימוש באפליקציות
באייפון, Halo משתמשת ב־Screen Time API של Apple (Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity). האפליקציות שאתם בוחרים לחסום ונתוני זמן המסך מעובדים על ידי מערכת ההפעלה ונשארים על המכשיר. אנחנו לא מקבלים אותם.
באנדרואיד, Halo משתמשת בהרשאת "גישה לנתוני שימוש" כדי להציג לכם את זמן המסך שלכם, ובשירות נגישות (Accessibility Service) רק כדי לזהות איזו אפליקציה נפתחה ולהציג מסך חסימה אם בחרתם לחסום אותה. השירות לא קורא תוכן מהמסך, לא אוסף אותו ולא שולח אותו. הנתונים האלה נשארים על המכשיר.
חשבון (לא חובה)
אפשר להשתמש ב־Halo בלי חשבון. אם תבחרו להתחבר עם Apple או Google, נשמור את כתובת האימייל, השם (אם סופק), ואת ההגדרות שלכם באפליקציה (רשימות, כללים, יעד יומי והיסטוריית פוקוס) כגיבוי, כדי שתוכלו לשחזר אותם במכשיר חדש. הגיבוי לא כולל את נתוני זמן המסך עצמם.
ספקי שירות
- Supabase: אחסון החשבון והגיבוי, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי (פרנקפורט).
- Apple ו־Google: התחברות, והפצת האפליקציה ורכישות דרך החנויות.
אנחנו לא משתמשים בפרסומות בתוך האפליקציה, ולא מוכרים או משתפים מידע אישי עם צד שלישי לצורכי פרסום.
שמירה ומחיקה
המידע בחשבון נשמר כל עוד החשבון קיים. אפשר למחוק את החשבון ואת כל הגיבוי בכל רגע מתוך האפליקציה (הגדרות ← חשבון ← מחיקת החשבון), או בפנייה אלינו. ראו מחיקת חשבון.
ילדים
Halo מיועדת לגילאי 13 ומעלה. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 13.
אבטחה
המידע מוצפן בהעברה, והגישה אליו מוגבלת כך שכל משתמש רואה רק את המידע שלו.

Privacy Policy
Halo ("the app") is operated by Gear AI Technologies LLC ("we"). In short: your phone usage data stays on your device, and we never sell data.
Screen Time and app usage data
iOS: Halo uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity). The apps you choose to block and your Screen Time data are processed by the operating system and stay on your device. We do not receive them.
Android: Halo uses Usage Access to show you your own screen time, and an Accessibility Service only to detect which app was opened and show a block screen if you chose to block it. The service does not read, collect or transmit screen content. This data stays on your device.
Account (optional)
Halo works without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store your email, name (if provided) and your in-app settings (lists, rules, daily goal, focus history) as a backup so you can restore them on a new device. The backup does not include Screen Time data.
Service providers
- Supabase: account and backup storage, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Apple and Google: sign-in, app distribution and store purchases.
We show no ads and do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and backup at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by contacting us. See Delete account.
Children
Halo is intended for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
